We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a well established Technology department. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 offering a competitive salary with hybrid working.

This role would suit someone with an interest in Technology/Computing/AI who is happy to do a heavy admin based role.

Duties include:

  • Acting as key point of contact for legal technology queries and emails.
  • Inbox management including logging requests on internal software.
  • Assist with tracking of work and preparing summaries.
  • Support with document amendments.
  • Keep manuals up to date.
  • Design PowerPoints and slides where necessary.
  • General administrative support.

Skills required:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (these will be tested at interview stage)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Previous experience working with automation and AI.
  • Willingness to be trained on industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • IT proficient and a drive to learn new software/technology.
  • Reliable, organised and proactive.
