Team Assistant

The company are a prestigious, boutique investment company based in Mayfair.

The role is a Team Assistant position where you will join the team as one of two Team Assistant’s in a varied and busy position supporting the investment teams with a range of duties and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

The role

  • Arrange meetings and maintain diaries
  • Create and edit presentations in PowerPoint
  • Book travel and arrange overseas itineraries
  • Download research material from a range of sources
  • Proofread and circulate research reports and correspondence
  • Prepare graphs and statistics
  • Answer phone calls, take messages and deal with queries
  • Meet and greet guests and manage meeting room bookings
  • A range of other tasks and ad hoc projects in line with the business needs and your skills and interests

You

  • Degree educated or graduate calibre
  • Exceptional communication skills including the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in person
  • Experience in a similar role(s) within a corporate environment
  • A CV that demonstrates loyalty and commitment
  • Dedicated and committed approach
  • Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - training and support will be given
