We're looking for an ambitious Team Assistant for one of our private investment clients.

This is a great opportunity to join the Investment department within the firm.

If you have some administrative experience previously, this is your new role.

This job is with a well-known private investment office in London.

This is a busy and varied role where attention to detail is a must-have.

This is a junior role within their team, with long-term progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing.

The role is working as a Team Assistant supporting the Partner, Chief Investment Officer, Head of Investments, and the wider Investment team.

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Preparation and submission of Partner expenses
  • Manage the Partners inbox
  • Manage busy diaries, organisation of internal/external meetings
  • Organise business travel including flights, hotels, transfers and visas
  • Keep track of Partner annual leave/holiday
  • Act as a gate keeper to ensure the Partners time is used efficiently
  • Liaise with Client representatives, Custodians, Fund Managers and their offices
  • Prepare packs/agendas for weekly and monthly Investment team meetings
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuing the timely processing of invoices
What you'll need.
  • Flexible attitude and a willingness to muck in and support the wider team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and discretion at all levels
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Unflappable nature and a positive outlook

You'll be a brilliant communicator with great organisational skills. And experience in the finance industry will be a bonus.
