Team Assistant – Private Equity £35,000 – £40,000 West End, LondonPermanent, Hybrid (3:2)We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join an asset fund management company with an international presence. The successful candidate needs to be proactive, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will provide administrative support along with 6 Executive Assistants, ensuring that as a team you provide first-class support to your colleagues.What you’ll do:As a Team Assistant your primary focus will be diary management, including liaising with stakeholders to coordinate meetings. Other duties include:
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Travel coordination to domestic and international locations
  • Developing key relationships within the Investment Team and ultimately gaining vital knowledge of finance companies
  • Progress to directly supporting specific stakeholders within 12 months
  • Support colleagues during their annual leave
  • Participating in event organisation for offsite and social events
Who you’ll be:As a Team Assistant you will need to have Impeccable organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise depending on the needs of the business. Other attributes include:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel being desirable
