Team Administrator - Operations, Public Sector Management Company, Temporary 3 months, Central London, £14 - £15.50 an hour We’re looking for a highly organised Team Administrator to join the Operations team of a Public Sector management consultancy, who will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of their internal processes.

For almost 20 years, this company has worked at the heart of public sector development across the UK. Their mission is to help public services improve through innovative design, delivery, and evaluation of complex change programmes. As they continue to grow, they need to strengthen their internal operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Operations and People Director to support the coordination of key process improvements. From managing project plans and internal systems to helping digitalise ways of working using Office 365. You’ll bring structure, consistency, and insight to the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting project coordination and task tracking
  • Helping create and maintain core process manuals (HR, office, finance, BD)
  • Managing team inboxes and supporting query resolution
  • Assisting with tender submissions and framework updates
  • Supporting office facilities, travel booking, and meeting logistics
  • Helping collect and analyse operational data to drive improvements
