KennedyPearce are hiring a Commercial Finance Analyst for a global hospitality business in West London. This company offers hybrid working with a policy of only 2 days in their busy office required. We are looking for candidates with 3 years experience in commercially focused roles with excellent Excel.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced commercial and analytical thinker, focusing primarily on supporting the delivery of product and trading analysis under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining a suite of reports to track business KPIs (dashboards, data models, visualisations and analysis).
  • Provide commentary and key insights into trading and product performance.
  • Work with the Product team to provide visibility and analysis of product margin and associated pricing decisions.
  • Taking the lead on specific projects and ad hoc analysis under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Leader.
  • Support Management Accountant team with any mid-level to advanced Excel reporting to facilitate process improvement under the guidance of Head of Finance/Financial Controller.

Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours:

  • Commercially focused with experience of delivering reporting that drives outcomes. Strong financial background essential with 3+ years experience.
  • Proactive and hands on, with a desire to continuously improve processes, provide great service and deeply understand the problem at hand.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with large, disconnected data sets and ideally some modelling experience.
  • A driven individual who can work independently.
