The Role

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will report directly to senior leadership, adding strategic value and influencing key business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Providing financial analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends that drive performance.
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide actionable insights.
  • Improving and streamlining team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes and delivering insightful variance analysis.

Qualifications/experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong technical and commercial finance background.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Experience in business partnering within a fast-paced, industry environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced business with a focus on innovation and excellence.
