Financial System Analyst/Reconciliation Analyst/Financial Reconciliation Specialist/Financial Accountant/Revenue Reconciliation Analys/Finance Operations Analyst

We are looking for a number of skilled Financial Systems Analyst/Reconciliation Analyst to support the migration of financial data and processes from an existing ERP system to OneStream. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation of financial data during the transition. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to streamline the migration process, resolve discrepancies, and optimize financial reporting within OneStream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness during ERP-to-OneStream migration.

  • Analyze and validate financial data before, during, and after migration to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and external consultants to map and transform data from the Legacy ERP system into OneStream.

  • Develop and implement reconciliation processes and controls to detect and resolve data inconsistencies.

  • Support financial reporting and consolidation activities within OneStream.

  • Assist in configuring and testing OneStream functionalities to meet financial reporting and reconciliation requirements.

  • Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for any financial discrepancies identified during the migration.

  • Document financial reconciliation processes, best practices, and post-migration procedures.

  • Support end-user training and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in financial reconciliation, systems migration, and data validation.

  • Hands-on experience working with any ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and OneStream.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and reporting frameworks.
