Robert Half have exclusively partnered with a growing wealth management firm to hire a Finance Analyst to join their finance team.
This Finance Analyst will work directly with the firm's CFO, giving excellent learning, development, and growth opportunities moving forward as the firm grows.
This role will be hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
Role
The Finance Analyst role has exposure to a variety of responsibilities and will be working closely with the CFO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of Adviser remuneration schedules
- Tracking and reconciling income statements
- Assisting with month end processes, P&L's & financial reporting
- Producing relevant monthly financial analysis against Budget and Forecast
- Helping to improve the internal processes within the business
- Financial modelling of income by Adviser
The Finance Analyst is an important role within the team and will suit somebody with prior experience in data and finance analysis roles roles.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Finance Analyst role, should have the following attributes:
- Excellent excel skills including financial modelling
- Experience using dashboard tools like Power BI / Tableau
- Previous experience working within financial services
Salary & Benefits Package
Salary:
- £35,000-£40,000
Benefits include:
- Study support package for ACCA/CIMA
- Discretionary bonus (10%)
