We are seeking an ACA or CA-qualified Finance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role will involve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights that support decision-making. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor actual performance against forecasts and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks, and support investment decisions.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making processes. Build strong relationships with non-finance teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing financial processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), preparing audit schedules, and supporting statutory reporting requirements.
Requirements
- ACA or CA qualification is essential.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) with experience in financial modelling. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with non-finance stakeholders.
