Financial Analyst | London (hybrid working) | £40,000-£50,000 | Permanent | SME Consumer business
This is a great opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a SME Consumer business, based in Central London, working 2-3 days in the office. The company is seeking a commercially minded, forward-thinking individual to support this profitable and growing brand, playing a key role in 3-year strategy around organic growth and through acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will playing a key part in the budgeting & forecasting cycles as well as leading P&L analysis. You will work closely with the senior management team and be involved in extensive interaction with non-finance stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with key finance and non-finance stakeholders based across the business
- Taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting for various areas of the business
- Reporting of key KPI reports across the business
- Support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and team in ad-hoc projects to ensure success
- Supporting with cashflow forecasting
Skill set required
The successful candidate will be an ACCA/CIMA studier with 1+ years’ experience working in a commercial role where you have been involved with budgeting and forecasting. You will have worked for a small to medium sized business previously, consumer industry knowledge is preferred. You will need to be an ambitious individual who can use your initiative, hit the ground running, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be working with non-finance stakeholders on a daily basis.
