This role will support the Transformation Programme and strategic delivery of the cross-functional initiatives set out within the Transformation business case, through routine cost and benefits tracking and producing analysis and insight to aid decision making at a senior level.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm…

  • Work closely with the Head of Finance (Transformation) and workstream leads to ensure accurate cost and benefit tracking throughout the lifecycle of the programme for each of the initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis, working closely with Operations and the Data and Analytics team to support the key priorities under review to ensure opportunities for increasing productivity and efficiency are monitored and reported.
  • Support KPI reporting across the Programme, with both financial and non-financial data, continually assessing performance against the business case and broader strategic aims.
  • Provide repeatable and reusable data sets to the Programme Team as required.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and analysis for new initiatives under consideration to drive value and improve efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Participating in Programme team meetings to discuss performance and business case status updates.
  • Produce operational reporting on Programme costs and benefits to inform Head of Finance / FD / CTIO / CFO discussions.
