Working closely with the CFO, as Finance Analyst for this wealth management firm you will be responsible for a mix of FP&A and data analytics including:
- Producing relevant reporting and financial analysis to explain monthly P&L and income performance
- Preparing and analysing financial advisor remuneration
- Tracking and analysing costs across the business and identify cost saving opportunities
- Reporting and analysis of advisor performance and financial modelling of income by advisor and forecasts
- To help the CFO enhance financial controls and processes within finance and support generally on FP&A and data related tasks
- To work on projects to enhance data collection and automate reporting
You will have 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical role within an FP&A team. You will have excellent excel skills such as building data tables, sum ifs and v. look ups and understand income and P&L.Hybrid working is on offer, 3 days office and 2 home.
