Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a growing Private Equity firm based in London, to recruit an experienced and dynamic Financial Planning Analyst.

They are offering a very competitive package: base salary (DOE) between £80,000 to £100,000 + generous disc bonus + health cover + enhanced annual leave + hybrid working model.

Financial Planning Analyst responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and manage complex financial models in Excel.
  • Update financial models and reports based on stakeholder requests.
  • Support strategic projects with accurate reporting and sensitivity analysis.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management.
  • Lead technology optimization and process improvements within the Finance Team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant from BIG 4 / Top 10 (desirable)
  • Substantial experience of building, developing, and managing complex financial models in Excel.
  • Desirable to have experience of Private Equity, either having worked in a Private Equity firm or worked in BIG 4 with Private Equity clients.
  • Personality is key - there will be a lot of interaction with deal team, investors, stakeholders & senior leadership.
  • Ideally you will have experience within Power Query, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView etc.
