The RoleAs an FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting key decision-making and optimising performance in the travel retail sector. You'll work closely with finance, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements to drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit monthly reports, budgeting, and forecasts for multiple global markets.
- Variance Analysis: Review financial results, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring financial clarity and commercial alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Stakeholder Support: Maintain and review Advertising & Promotional files, ensuring financial integrity in commercial agreements.
- Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Management: Support cash forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Finance degree or part/fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with management accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in ERP/HFM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerPivot.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
