Goodman Masson is supporting a leading global financial services organisation in its search for a FP&A Analyst to join its London-based team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights, driving financial strategy, and influencing decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present monthly executive packs for senior management;

* Analyse performance trends, profitability, and compensation ratios to provide actionable insights;

* Conduct weekly performance reviews with regional Business Managersl

* Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support financial planning;

* Deliver daily revenue flash reporting and quarterly revenue projections versus external guidance;

* Drive the development and adoption of Tableau as the primary reporting solution for the team;

* Maintain front office hierarchies, controls, and reconciliations within the financial systems;

* Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and systems;

* Undertake ad-hoc analysis and projects as requested by the business and senior management;

Skills & Experience:

* Recently qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) up to 2-3 years of post-qualification experience;

* Proven experience in producing Management Information (MI) and Management Packs;

* Background in working within large, complex, and multinational organisations;

* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting;

* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Essbase is highly desirable;

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs effectively;

* Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and resolving complex queries.
