Ruby Group are seeking and FP&A analyst to join a growing tech company located in central London. If you have proven accounting, financial planning, and analysis skills, along with excellent technical knowledge, we want to hear from you! Working closely with the FP&A Director your responsibilities will be to take ownership of the B2B P&L analyse business drivers, develop strategies for revenue growth, and manage costs. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective pricing strategies, tools,and proposals. Work with the B2B team on Budgeting & Forecasting, develop annual budgets and monitor performance against forecasts. Financial Modelling, create and maintain models to assess various scenarios impacting the B2B P&L. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

The Ideal applicant will be a qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACA/CFA/ACCA) with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience. Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. You must be forward-looking, creative, and ready to drive insights that support growth targets. If you have proven accounting, financial planning, and analysis skills, along with excellent technical knowledge, we want to hear from you! This is a hybrid working role, 2-3 days per week in the office.
