Altum Consulting is seeking a Senior M&A Analyst for a 4-month contract with potential for extension in central London.
The role involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, and preparing financial models and valuation analyses.
Candidates should have a background in Transaction Services or Investment Banking and strong experience in the M&A environment.
A qualified accountant is required, along with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should be available to start immediately or with a short notice period.

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior M&A Analyst to join a growing PE backed business based in central London. This role is for an initial 4 month contract with strong potential to extend.

Role:

Perform market research and analysis, including analysis of key business drivers
Modelling, competitive analysis, industry analysis and negotiation support
Prepare detailed financial models
Present scenario analysis
Prepare valuation analysis
Assist in the due diligence process.
Prepare investment memos

You'll be/have:

A Qualified Accountant
Transaction Services/Investment Banking background
Strong experience working in M&A environment
Confident communicating to senior stakeholders
Available immediately/short notice period
