Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Asset Management

£65-80k p.a. (depending on experience) + bonus

About the Company:

A leading real estate investment firm specialising in logistics properties across Europe and the UK. The company manages over 20 million sqft of warehouse space in strategic locations, focusing on value-driven acquisitions, developments, and hands-on asset management. They are committed to delivering top-tier logistics properties, building strong tenant relationships, and securing long-term returns for investors.

The Role:

Due to a growing pipeline of deals, the company is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to join the asset management team. Reporting directly to the COO, this role offers hands-on involvement in managing a diverse portfolio of logistics properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising the value of each asset, from financial modeling to property operations, leasing, and sales.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial team with a hands-on approach to asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize value for each asset.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintain and update detailed financial models for individual properties and the overall portfolio.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee property operations, including leasing, development, financing, and sales.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics to refine business plans and strategies for each asset.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and business plan updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
