About the Opportunity:Hyperion Partners are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) investor to recruit a dynamic and highly analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst. The role is ideally suited for candidates with a passion for real estate investment, exceptional financial acumen, and a keen interest in the evolving BTR sector. You will play a vital role in assessing, modelling, and delivering investment opportunities that contribute to the firm’s ongoing success and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and underwriting for BTR investment opportunities.

  • Assist in the preparation of investment committee papers, due diligence reports, and strategic presentations.

  • Evaluate market trends, identify investment risks, and assess asset performance to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders during acquisition, development, and management phases.

  • Maintain and update financial models to reflect current market assumptions and investment performance.

  • Undertake research and provide insight into the BTR market, including competitive benchmarking and sector analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong academic background with a relevant degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in a similar role, ideally within real estate investment, asset management, or private equity.

  • Exceptional financial modelling skills, with experience using Excel and other analytical tools.

  • Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals, cash flow analysis, and real estate finance.

  • Ability to manage and interpret complex datasets to support investment decision-making.

  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly.
