They are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for their Private Credit Team based in London. What you'll do:
As a Senior Private Credit Operations Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting various business units within the organisation. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the respective funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs) within their strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include everything from strategic planning, training, liquidity management support, settlements, fund asset servicing, payments handling, reconciliations, vendor management to participating in transformational projects. This role requires a high level of adaptability, strong decision-making skills, and a focus on risk management.
* Support the Team Leader with strategic planning for the team.* Provide guidance and training where necessary to the wider team.* Support all aspects of the Agency business.* Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure upcoming deal activity is clear and understood.* Compile daily cash ladders required for the Treasury Team.* Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all asset classes.* Oversee the servicing of assets within the fund, including administration, reporting, and compliance.* Handle payment processing and approvals.* Manage relationships with 3rd parties and oversee their performance based on SLAs.* Participate in team or firmwide projects.
