We are seeking a dedicated Strategy Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance department in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. This role is based in London and is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is highly analytical and has a keen interest in strategic planning and analysis.

Description

  • Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for the company.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Providing financial analysis and forecasting, and managing budgeting processes.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities and risks.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supporting the organisation's financial performance monitoring and reporting activities.
  • Working on ad-hoc projects as required.

Profile

A successful 'Strategy Analyst' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of VBA for Excel (advantageous)
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
