Ambitious and hardworking, this role is your chance to really shine, while also making a real and highly valued contribution. Working closely with colleagues in the Commercial Department, you’ll provide a high quality service to a broad range of London-based clients.

Be the best you can be

As a commercial account handler, your main duties will cover all aspects of helping clients with their insurance requirements and providing professional advice including: responding to general enquiries, assisting with renewals and mid-term adjustments, and providing quotations. Drawing on all your experience, skillsets, you'll firmly shape how client service is delivered.

What you bring

To thrive in the role, you’ll need at least two years’ experience working with commercial combined, PI and management liability insurance. You also must have a comprehensive understanding of insurer markets and placement, and intermediate knowledge of Acturis.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a talent for establishing strong relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers. An attention to detail and strong organisational skills are also crucial. CII qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
