Property Finance Broker - London (Fintech)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Specialist Finance Broker or a Mortgage Broker who is looking to diversify into specialist finance.

Our client is a fast-growing Specialist Finance Intermediary (Bridging, Development, Commercial, Second Charge, Portfolio Finance) who are looking for an enthusiastic and numerate Property Finance Consultant to join their existing team as they continue to grow organically.
With an extensive background in Technology and Marketing, they invest heavily into their Advisory and Case Management team to help them build and maintain their book of clients and reward them in doing so.
You will be responsible for
- Arrange and provide the most appropriate debt funding for our clients
- Liaise with and expand out our panel of lenders
- Assisting case managers to aid case progression
- Maintain expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to clients
- Maintain accurate records and updating CRM system
- Update and analyse performance and present findings internally to improve operations and marketing.
We would like to see
- 2+ years’ experience of brokering and structuring deals within the property finance sector.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent desired.
- A solid understanding of structuring property finance.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, transparent, and driven individuals
- Articulate, Numerate and Confident
For you
- Basic salary between £30k - £45k (depending on experience and banked business level over the last 2 years)
- Excellent bonus and open commission structure (OTE £100k+).
