Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Capricorn Financial, you will:
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial finance products, including:
- Commercial mortgages
- Bridging finance
- Development finance
- Invoice finance
- Asset finance
- Second charge loans
- Guide clients from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless service.
- Handle complex case referrals from Residential Advisers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Work with Capricorn’s extensive client base and introducer network to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell products across a comprehensive suite of services.
