The Role: Commercial Property Finance BrokerYou’ll be the driving force behind complex, high-value cases, working directly with investors, developers, and property professionals. Commercial Propery Finance Broker: Responsibilities- Working with warm, qualified leads to secure Bridging and Development Finance deals.
- Using your own active client book to expand your reach and earnings.
- Managing loans from £150k to £1m - across both regulated and unregulated markets.
- Providing expert guidance, building trust, and delivering fast, effective funding solutions.
- Collaborating with a high-performing team who share your drive for success.
- Basic Salary: £48,000
