Our client who is a specialist mortgage broker based in South West London are looking for a mortgage admin to join their team. They're a small team currently going through some growth so finding the right fit will be essential.
Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;
- 2 years experience as a mortgage administrator is essential from a broker environment
- Customer focused and detail orientated
- CeMAP desirable but not essential
Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;
- Ensure loan criteria is met and clearly explained to customer
- Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately
- Updating customer throughout the process
- Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey

- Basic salary up to 35K + bonuses
