Working alongside one of the few fully independent networks, our approach gives advisers the flexibility to consider any lender in the intermediary market for residential, BTL, commercial, development/bridging and overseas cases. Working with clients and agency partners across the UK. Our team, product access and service offering meet and exceed the needs and expectations of all client types large and small. We work with clients from first time buyers through to high-net-worth individuals and investors and agencies from small independents through to global corporate property firms.Based either London Cannon Street or Central Birmingham or Kent
As a Lifetime Capital Mortgage Broker, you will be provided with a high volume of quality, qualified client leads each week. You will have the opportunity to provide the very best mortgage advice on residential, buy-to-let, bridging commercial, overseas purchases as well as associated protection products.
Required skills and experience:
Min. of one year mortgage broking experience is essential
Hold full CeMAP qualification
Proven track record in meeting sales performance targets and KPIs
Experience of protection products would be an advantage
Proven track record of offering excellent service and advice
The ability to build and nurture strong and loyal client relationships
Ability to problem-solve and react quickly and effectively to issues and challenges
Acts with initiative and shows a proactive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Positive, upbeat and solution-focused
Reliable and acts with integrity
