Working under an experienced mentor, you will develop expertise in the specialist lending market, benefiting from hands-on training while managing a high volume of cases.Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-qualified inbound leads - no self-generation required.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice to Buy-to-Let investors and Limited Companies.
• Work within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient client service.
• Stay up to date with lending criteria, market trends, and specialist mortgage products.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team, reporting directly to an experienced mentor.

Mortgage Broker - Buy to Let - What’s on Offer?

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus 10% commission.
• All leads provided - a full pipeline from day one.
• Southwark-based office - four days in-office (Wednesdays off).
• Structured training and mentorship from industry experts.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 12 months' Whole-of-Market mortgage advising experience
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with strong mortgage product knowledge.
• An understanding of Buy to Let Mortgages - Training will be provided
• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to commute to the Southwark office four days per week (Wednesdays off).
• Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop within a high-volume environment.
