About the Mortgage Broker RoleAs a Mortgage and Protection Broker, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic and successful business, providing tailored mortgage advice to a diverse client base. With access to an existing portfolio of clients, as well as continuous lead generation from local branches, you’ll have everything you need to maximise your earning potential. • Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their individual needs.
• Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks.
• Managing the entire mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and internal teams.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
• Staying up to date with mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Base salary up to £32,000, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - essential.
• A proven track record in mortgage advice and sales.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
