The company is looking for motivated individuals who can complement their business while offering you a platform to expand your own network.About the Mortgage and Protection Broker RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, while also benefiting from the brokerage's support to top up your lead pipeline. You will be required to attend site launches across London, working 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu), as this is when the highest business volumes are generated.
The focus will be on new-build properties (with no fees), secondhand purchase, buy-to-let, shared ownership, and more. Alongside mortgage services, you'll also have the opportunity to sell Protection products, boosting your earning potential even further.Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing your portfolio of clients using your existing network of leads or referrals
- Attending site visits and launches across London on a rotational Saturday basis
- Advising on various mortgage products, including new build, secondhand purchase, buy-to-let, shared ownership, and adverse credit
- Cross-selling Protection alongside mortgages
- Delivering excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships
- Achieving high levels of personal performance, driven by commission-based incentives
The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
- Base salary of £30k
- 20% commission for £5k-£15k in business, rising to 30% for business over £15k
- Site visit Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotation with a day off in lieu
- Remote / Site Based
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Mortgage and Protection Broker Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
- Experience with New Build Mortgages & Visiting New Build site is desirable not essential
- A network of your own leads, introducers, or client referrals is desirable not essential
- Ability to travel across London for site visits and launches
- Comfortable and confident generating continuous business from existing relationships
- Hungry for success, motivated by commission, and driven to go the extra mile
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
