The Role
As the Paraplanner for the company, you will be supporting the Director of the business with all his Commercial and Residential Mortgage cases. You will be a pragmatic problem solver with knowledge of the Commercial and Residential mortgage market and experience with complex and unique income structures.
- Liaising with Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients
- An in-depth knowledge of the Commercial and Residential mortgage market
- A thorough knowledge of complex income structures
- Keeping records and ensuring compliance throughout each case
- Ensuring the mortgage application process is seamless for every client
The Package
- Hours: 9am-5pm
