I'm currently working with a well-known firm in London who are seeking an ambitious and experienced Accounts Senior Manager to join their dynamic Creative Division. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and come from a creative/media background.
What you will be doing as an Accounts Senior Manager
- Manage team WIP, billing, and fee recovery to achieve targets and cash collection, ensuring monthly billing aligns with partner targets.
- Line manage team members, providing guidance, training, and career development to ensure business objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring high client retention and the development of new business opportunities.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of projects, managing partner and staff expectations effectively.
- Address and resolve complex client issues, providing proactive and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and work completion.
- Identify new business opportunities, providing proactive solutions and expanding client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all practice management activities and deadlines.
- Play a key role in recruitment, HR activities, and performance management.
- Lead new client pitches and proposals, attending meetings and working with partners to secure new business.
- Act as a mentor and role model for team members, offering technical coaching and guidance.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge through continuous learning and CPD activities.
What you will need to succeed as an Accounts Senior Manager

- Advanced technical, commercial, and risk awareness, with the ability to apply technical excellence and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use software effectively.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent work ethic and a passion for providing outstanding client service.
- Strong relationships with partners, senior managers, and other key staff across the firm.
- Ability to manage staff effectively, providing feedback, coaching, and support in their development.
- Proven track record in managing client expectations and delivering quality results under pressure.
- Experience in expanding internal and external client networks through appropriate channels.
