Your Role:Â As a Tax Training Specialist, you will:
- Design and update innovative tax training materials.
- Deliver engaging courses and maintain tax technical resources.
- Support the development of a comprehensive trainee program.
- Drive the implementation of new tax processes and create firm-wide training materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to align training with firm needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent organization and planning abilities.
- Creative presentation skills.
- Ability to promote and manage change.
