Role Responsibilities- Lead and manage audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy
- Oversee the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, supporting their professional development
- Manage relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing any queries
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service for clients
- Review audit files to ensure high standards and compliance with audit regulations
- Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate these risks
- Assist in business development activities, including participating in proposals for new clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and ensure team compliance

- Able to provide leadership and motivate a team
