- Fully ACA/ACCA qualified
- Competent in all aspects of audit and accounts work, including accounting standards, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation and mainstream VAT.
- Managing audit and accounting assignments
- Great communication skills
- Liaise directly with clients throughout engagements to ensure outstanding client service is provided
- Complete complex aspects of work, including preparing the final output for engagements
- Support and mentor junior and newly qualified team members with their learning and development, coordinating work assignments
- providing advice and performance feedback in a constructive manner and helping them to become effective and productive members of the team
- Be proactively commercial in your approach, highlighting to Partners any opportunities to promote our full range of additional services to both current, and potentially new clients
- A working knowledge of CCH is desirable
