We are seeking a Manager Business Support to lead our operations across various departments including Customer Supply Contracts, Account Management, Card Services, and Customer Care. This pivotal role ensures the seamless execution of business processes, upholds high service standards, and maintains our brand reputation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the Customer Supply Contracts team, ensuring effective contract delivery and administration for both retail and commercial sectors.
- Manage Customer Account Management, coordinating with US Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing across all trade classes.
- Direct the company Card Services Administration, managing third-party suppliers and banking inquiries.
- Maintain high service standards in the Customer Care function to uphold the company brand reputation.
- Manage marketing communications, including customer communications review and online subscriptions for company business.
- Handle returns load charges, process miscellaneous billings such as rebates and ad hoc credits/invoices.
- Review non-standard contract clauses with the Legal team and advise relevant teams accordingly.
- Oversee SOX testing and audit processes, approve master data changes, and manage the UK Marketing Business Support/VCS budget.
- Own contracts for key partners and manage negotiations and setups for Fuel Cards & Bunkering.
- Lead cross-acceptance schemes and manage relationships with acquirers, ensuring contract compliance and conducting regular business reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business support or operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience in contract management and negotiations.
- Familiarity with financial processes including invoicing and budget management.
- Proficient in using corporate management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
