The role requires a strategic financial expert with at least 5 years of experience and a qualified accountant designation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and guiding scaling and succession planning.
Candidates should have experience in fashion or luxury retail environments and a proven track record of leading a finance team.
The position offers a strong remuneration package and a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis - Developing comprehensive financial plans.
Strategic Planning and Execution - Contributing financial expertise to the planning process, translating strategic goals.
Advising on Mergers and Acquisitions - Playing a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, securing funding, and making key recommendations.
Scaling and Succession Planning - Guiding the company through scaling processes, ensuring financial infrastructure is robust.

Desirable Skills:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
Experience in fashion or luxury retail environments.
Proven experience of leading a Finance Team.
Demonstrable knowledge of growing a business through M&A processes.
