Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the financial services sector
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client expectations and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Producing high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Helping to identify new service opportunities and supporting wider business development efforts
  • Handling a variety of tasks and deadlines, working effectively under pressure to deliver results

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional services or financial services environment
  • Degree-level education
  • Experience working with financial services clients preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills - particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise competing demands
  • Client-focused with a commercial mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Creative, positive, and eager to contribute to team and firm-wide success
