Role Responsibilities- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, offering proactive support and accounting advice tailored to client needs
- Prepare and review annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant accounting standards
- Provide tax planning advice, overseeing tax compliance work and identifying tax-saving opportunities
- Support business advisory services, helping clients achieve their growth and profitability goals
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality service delivery and supporting their development
- Assist with practice development, contributing ideas for service improvements and new business opportunities
