- Partnering directly with the Co-CEOs to drive financial strategy, manage costs, and optimize revenue.
- Handling all financial contract matters, including cash flow forecasting for revenue and costs.
- Using your FP&A expertise to deliver cost savings, improve margins, and support client negotiations.
- Collaborating with the Head of Media Sales to shape financial strategy for commercial rights.
- Reporting on performance to the Group finance team and ensuring smart revenue and cost recognition.
- A 2:1 or higher degree
- ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) qualification preferred
- 3+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong cash flow management & forecasting skills
- Experience juggling multiple stakeholders, from production teams to C-suite executives
- KPI-driven, with a focus on EBITDA and gross margin targets
- A genuine passion for European football and global sports
- Work directly with top European football clubs, sports bodies, and rightsholders.
