Your work will include handling financial due diligence, vendor assistance, and pre-lend reviews, working closely with senior partners and directors from day one. Key Responsibilities of a Corporate Finance Manager:

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support in preparing project scopes and fee budgets, maintaining a high level of organisation and communication.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure that transactions run smoothly, engaging with lawyers and tax professionals where necessary.
  • Guide and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality analysis and the completion of reports.
  • Directly contribute to the presentation of findings to clients, offering recommendations and insights.
  • Play an active role in business development, supporting proposals and presentations, and cultivating relationships both internally and externally.

Skills Requirement for a Corporate Finance Manager:

  • Extensive experience in Transaction Services, with a proven ability to lead due diligence engagements.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (ideally with audit experience), with a clear focus on corporate finance.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling way.
  • A commercial mindset with experience in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
