Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Associate Director (TS), to join their London office.

Our client is a well established mid-market firm, with PE backing, who are in significant growth phase.

The TS Team have been busy over 2023/2024 and are now looking for a strong Transaction Services Senior Manager to join the team and help lead it to next level. This role will cover most aspects of TS, so will be varied.

This role offers fast track to Director and the firm has strong growth plans, so it is an exciting time to join.

While the firm offers both buy and sell side work, there is currently a leaning towards the buy side.

Sector Agnostic, Buy and Sell Side - 1m-100m

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing deals, generally £1m-100m, working with a number of substantial firms and Private Equity funds
  • Managing multiple transactions at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports focusing mainly on Due Diligence
  • Assuming responsibility for larger projects and where needed supporting Partners
  • Managing the corporate team and supporting junior colleagues
  • Being active in the market to help make sure the firm is represented and business development to win new business to help grow the department

As the successful candidate you will be expected to have;

  • Worked in Corporate Finance (TS) for at least 4-5 years
  • Have a strong understanding of typical mid-market deal structures
  • An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience
