Your role as Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
- Act as a key client contact, maintaining regular dialogue and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Provide technically accurate, clear, and concise tax advice covering areas such as loss relief, capital allowances, shareholder reorganisations, and acquisitions & disposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify tax risks and opportunities for clients, including tax due diligence projects and restructuring advisory support.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of development and knowledge sharing.
What you need to succeed as Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA (part) qualified.
- Experience working in an accountancy practice with strong corporate tax knowledge.
- Proven ability to handle client relationships and manage a busy portfolio.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with specialist tax software is advantageous.
