The Role

Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including large owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and international groups.

Lead on a mix of corporate tax compliance and advisory work, covering areas such as M&A tax, structuring, and cross-border tax issues.

Act as a trusted adviser to clients, identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering commercially focused solutions.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping to develop the next generation of tax professionals.

Work closely with Partners and Directors to support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

About You

CTA and/or ACA qualified, with strong corporate tax experience gained in a UK accountancy firm.

Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients, with exposure to advisory projects.

Confident in building client relationships and delivering complex tax advice in a clear and commercial manner.

A strong team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior staff.
