Core3 are delighted to partner with a very reputable property consultancy to appoint a (Junior) Finance Business Partner on a hybrid contract offering up to £65,000 + 10-15% Bonus.

How you'll make an impact
Our client is looking for a (Junior) Finance Business Partner who wants to partner a leadership team to drive insight and ultimately profitability.
This is an unusual role because of the exposure. You will be working directly with Partners across this consultancy, across multiple divisions, at an early stage in your finance career. With the support and development from an experienced Senior FBP.
It's a chance to build on your existing finance experience, in a commercial role where you're on the front line of commercial analysis and decision making.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets with senior management, assessing and evaluating WIP on a job-by-job basis to drive accuracy, and communicate this to the Senior Management Accountant
- Provide analysis on profitability and pricing for new clients and projects
- Provide analysis on market and competitor data
- Act as the point of contact for financial analysis and internal/external reporting, including to external clients
- Support the business by standardising procedures, driving efficiency and best practice
Why our client is excited about you
Our client is looking for someone with energy and incredibly strong communication skills.
The right Finance Business Partner will likely come from a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or commercial finance role and understand what drives revenue in a business. Ideally another consultancy where time = revenue.
- A Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant (likely ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables
- Ideally exposure to business partnering outside of finance
- Property or Consultancy background preferred
- Experience using Netsuite or Qlik is a bonus
