The Role: As Finance Director, you will oversee the company's accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and financial strategy. You'll be responsible for providing key insights to senior leadership, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and driving the company's financial growth as it continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of accounting, including month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial efficiency and business growth.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and accounting systems as the company scales.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, contributing to key decision-making processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, creating a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with external auditors to manage audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with substantial experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
