Our client is a leading Real Estate group operating in London, and they are looking to hire Finance Manager for the block property management side of their business. If you have experience working in finance for a property company and have experience managing or overseeing a finance team, get in touch asap!

Our leading client offers a comprehensive range of property services, including block management, commercial/residential (build to rent) and financial services. Managing a vast portfolio of residential and commercial units across most of London, they are committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity.

Finance Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the team of Banking and Finance Administrators.
  • Communicating with the Bank Relationship Manager.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and reconciliation of payment accounts.
  • Reviewing all bank account balances to ensure none are overdrawn.
  • Managing faster payments and supplier BACS transactions
  • Processing the department's monthly payroll.
  • Conducting monthly reconciliation of invoice blocks and overseeing the debtor account.
  • Handling reconciliations and transferring clients' payroll VAT to their respective bank or notional accounts.

Finance Manager - Requirements:

  • Capability to reconcile complex accounts, such as invoice blocks and debtor accounts.
  • Proficiency in identifying discrepancies and resolving financial issues.
  • Proven track record in property accounting is essential.
  • People management experience within a finance team
  • Familiarity with the financial processes and regulations related to property management.
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks such as processing payments, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service to clients.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and financial software.
  • Competence in processing various types of payments and managing financial transactions.

Finance Manager - Package:

  • Salary: £50,000 to £55,000.
  • Monday to Friday (different working patterns available) & hybrid.
  • Location is South West London, must be within commuting distance.
