An owner-managed Property Investment and Management firm in NW London is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
The role involves managing the finance function, including day-to-day accounts, accounts receivable, service charge accounting, and managing accounts payable.
Candidates should have experience in property management, ideally with knowledge of MRI Qube.
Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available, with both full-time and part-time options considered.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a competitive salary offered based on experience.

Flexible / Hybrid workingOwner-managed Property Investment and Management firm in NW London. Diverse portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. Seeks experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller.Sole role to run its finance function.

Working alongside the CEO and Property Manager, the role will include:

Run the day to day accounts on MRI Qube
Manage tenants accounts receivable, collection of any arrears
Service charge accounting and raise invoices for rent and insurance
Reconcile loan transactions, interest and intercompany transfers
Manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations
Reconcile VAT for group companies and submit quarterly returns
Prepare quarterly reports for investors
Liaise with external accountants for year-end

This Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Client Accountant role requires an Accountant experienced in Property management, ideally with MRI Qube knowledge. Flexible working is available. Both full time and part time will be considered.
