Finance Manager - Knightsbridge - £75,000 to £80,000 Dependant on ExperienceMy client, a global leader in luxury residential real estate, are currently seeking an Finance Manager to join their growing finance team in their office in Knightsbridge.Headquartered in Central London with additional offices branching across Dubai and Singapore, my client specialise in premium residential property and capital market investments. This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful firm undergoing rapid expansion, with clear opportunities for progression.With experience in the Real Estate sector, the successful candidate will have extensive Finance Management experience and have previous experience managing and leading a small team. You will be comfortable in designing and implementing new processes as part of the ongoing growth strategy alongside reporting to the global Finance Director who is located internationally. Duties:

  • Manage the preparation and timely delivery of accurate monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across CRM systems and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with tax agents to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
  • Coordinate annual audits, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to drive financial efficiency.
  • Provide financial oversight across all business functions and recommend improvements to internal control processes where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate policies.
  • Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve high performance and departmental success.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow effectively to support business operations.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in finance, preferably within the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to confidently lead and develop a growing team
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree as well as professional certifications
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting
  • Confidence in planning, coordinating and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
